Since I always get the stories with author names attached, I assume that this will be an easy task for everyone. But once again, I'm amazed at how tricky this game is. Anyway, without further ado, I would like to announce the winners of the 2008 Secret Santa Flist Fic Exchange Guess The Author Competition:

Dear Gabby,

Since you declared yourself open to almost anything, "even original," your Secret Santa took those words to heart. Thus, there will be no foolish wand waving in this story. Still, Santa hopes that you find magic in it (among all those thousands and thousands of words... alas, Santa is verbose). Pace yourself; there will be a quiz at the end.
