A 2008 Retrospective Meme

So, there's a very dull meme going round in which people post the first line of the first post they made each month this year. I thought it would be more fun to make this a quiz. So I shall post the title of the first post I made each month this year and there will be drabbles or icons for anyone who can remember/guess what the post was about. Obviously, you are all on your honour not to look! (Or at least to lie about it if you do look.) Some of these are easier than others.

Date: 2008-12-30 05:57 am (UTC)I think that the November post was a tongue in cheek comment about a story that had web links for almost every other word contained within it (I remember it, b/c there were lots of links to Romanian geography).
September post must have been a poll - but I don't recall which one. Does it count? You do put up a lot of polls!
And I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that the October post was the one where you asked us if we were interested in having a Christmas gift exchange.

Date: 2008-12-30 08:53 am (UTC)There was a poll in the September post, but there was quite a lot of actual content too, so I'm going to say you need to be more specific.
You're almost right about October.
