Make your own font

Someone on my flist, and I can't remember who, was recently asking about font-making software. Fontifier is a cheap ($9) online resource that lets you scan in a template and converts it into a Truetype font for you. You can use your handwriting, or design a proper font, use pictures or create a non-Roman alphabet. It's probably not going to create anything of a professional quality, but it does look like fun!
