Crafty update

I just finished work on my project for stmargarets.  It'll be a few days more before it's ready to send but I'm VERY excited.  I hope she likes it as much as I do!

I've also begun one of the things I plan to send ladywhizbee.  I have three related things I want to make for her.

But tomorrow must be spent packing since I move on Saturday.  I'm temporarily staying with some friends and won't have access to/space for most of my craft things.  Hopefully it should only be for a week or two.  The place I'm moving to properly will have lots and lots of space.  There's a sitting room (with kitchenette), two bedrooms, bathroom and another cute room under the eaves with only just enough headroom to stand up in the middle.  I think this may become a craft room since it'll be very easy to leave stuff out in.  I can't wait!

It's been one of my dreams for at least twenty years. I'm hoping the move isn't going to be too stressful. There's not much furniture, mainly bags and boxes.

How wonderful to get lots of space! And a craft room really is the best thing to have, so you won't need to spend precious crafting time on pulling stuff out/putting things away.

I know - I can't wait to spread myself out luxuriously creating mess in hour rooms at once! And it's lovely to be able to have visitors to stay in a proper spare room.

All of them look cool. You can always take yourself out to Barnes and Noble or Borders and read it there. LOL. I wish we had a bookstore like that around us so I could loiter browse.

THREE gifts! Wow. I feel overwhelmed by your generousity--and very very spoiled. *grins happily* Though, I have a feeling that two of them are not really for me, yes?

I haven't been online since early Friday but am slowly working my way up the all the posts that occurred since I last checked in. Seems everyone was busy posting this weekend!!

Your new place sounds lovely. I'm sure it will be nice to finally be moved--a the delay from your things sounds challenging, but I'm sure you'll manage. I see that you've posted photos above, I'll go check them out...
