I vary on sugar. I am trying to wean myself off it and I can drink tea without it. But if the tea is quite strong or I'm in need of some comfort, then I'll add half a teaspoon of sugar. Normally, though, I drink Lady Grey or Earl Grey, neither of which need sugar at all.
