Public Service Announcement

Should your USB flash drive be looking a little grimy (or just happen to be in the pocket of your jeans) you can successfully put it through a warm cycle on your washing machine.  Be sure to let it dry for 24 hours or so afterwards and bingo, it'll be as good as new with, amazingly, no files damaged.  Yes, I did this deliberately.  In the interests of scientific experiment.   Of course.  *grins*
