1. What is something amazing that has happened in the last five years?
SO MUCH.

I got my PhD. That was amazing.
I had the best holiday ever in the history of holidays. That was amazing.
Somehow I seem to have ended up in my ideal job. That's pretty amazing.

2. What is something you would love to happen in the next five years?
I would really love to see the Priscilla Programme become a reality.

3. Do you make "life plans" or do you live spontaneously?

I have never made a life plan. I am not very good at being spontaneous, though. I like plans to be made ahead of time, but not a whole lifetime ahead of time.

4. Do you think about what you might do when you retire?
Not much. I pray that I will have enough money to live on. And then mostly, I imagine, it will be more of the same: art things, Christian things, family things, friend things.

5. Is your lifestyle similar to your parents, grandparents, or something utterly different?
Utterly different to everyone there has ever been in my family. On one side I come from a long line of farmers, so they got up early in the mornings, did hard work outside in all weathers, never had days off. Which is not my lifestyle. On the other side, my mother's barely worked a day in her life (one year as a probationary teacher, a few years teaching piano lessons, a few months as a part-time receptionist), and instead filled her days playing golf and bridge and running voluntary choirs and things. Her parents were shopkeepers with their own haberdashers/drapers/clothes etc. shop in a small town. These are also nothing like my lifestyle.

My lifestyle is: working from home; being a student; having lots of hobbies; living on little cash but lots of blessings; friends of all kinds all over the place; church as the focus and priority.
