OK, so OWIWEIC for 1: Caleb caught a rabbit. They will have to follow him for 18 months to determine when that happened.
OWIWEIC for 2: Prudence became Dictator of the Free World. This happened about 2 years after she came back from her mission with Peter, when her mind snapped and she discovered her natural mind-enslaving powers. She is the only one who can prevent her powers from ever developing, because of the Klein Bottle Exception to the Bear That Coughed event. Jake, who is the only one who can resist her mind power, comes back from her Dictator future, to the future where she just returned from the mission with Peter, and arranges for her to be sent to the Caleb past, where she is the only one who can thwart her future Dictator self. Prudence, of course, cannot be told the full ramifications of the Bear That Coughed event, lest she thwarts the mission, rather than herself. But unexpected ramifications WILL appear, such as Jake suddenly becoming susceptible to her powers. *g*
