LOL - but why do you have to spoil a perfectly nice subject like knitting by bringing in maths?! As long as you can count stitches without relying on your fingers and toes, who needs anything more?
I was thinking along the same lines: why spoil a nice subject like maths by bringing in knitting? As long as you can write the equations of a surface, who needs to knit it? :-)
