I'd rather have my fireplace in the flat, I think

Browsing Gumtree for possible flats in Scotland, I came across this advert which I think was in the wrong place:

With beautiful views of the flat and set in tranquil surroundings this is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday. It is a short walk to the Matterhorn departure station or wood-burning fireplace. All of the apartments have PC, printer, broadband Internet, WIFI connection, large LCD screen TV with cable television, DVD and CD. Chalet Amber is the ideal location for small corporate events ) with its luxury apartments, wellness area, catering facilities, quiet location and it has a very well equipped modern conference room.

Hmm, I wonder how far you have to walk (from Inverness) to the Matterhorn departure station?  And how much heat that fireplace is giving out at that distance?  Also, wellness area?!?!

Sounds nice. :)

Might be a little hike just to get anywhere though.

Wellness area? Maybe a tiny hospital/first aid station?

Our fireplace is on the outside. :P

Really? Um, why? Doesn't that mitigate the purpose of the fire to warm the house?

Sounds a bit like Switzerland to me, unless I have become totally confused.
