My second husband was a visiting professor at the University of West Australia long ago so we spent more time at Perth than anywhere else. It is a lovely city with some very good wineries nearby. We couldn't go every where but spent ten days in Sydney and flew around out in the bush by Kalgoorlie for a week visiting Aboriginal schools and the radio school out of Alice Springs along with some kids on ranches listening to it. Toward the end, we spent four days at Ayers Rock staying in the Sheraton there. We were on our way to New Zealand then. But that's another story.
