Uh. Yeah. No way to know if you have a review unless you check your author page. There's also no way to respond directly to a review - so you can do three things:
1. Send a PM This is actually possible now that every reviewer is registered. I did this for Roger and Lisa. 2. In a chaptered fic. you can mention your reviewers in the next chapter in an author's note. Obviously, that won't work with your one-shot. 3. In the review thread itself, you can leave an author's note - thanking and replying to all of your reviewers. I did that with Lee Jordan Tour Guide - but I didn't like it, since I wasn't sure if people went back and read my responses - and it made the review count go up artifically - which felt like cheating. LOL.
