I've wasted more time than I care to admit today by re-reading some of the original fluff thread at SQ.  It's been very informative and is starting to give me some ideas for what I might write next.

One exchange in particular made me laugh out loud.  This is the general gist of it.

moonette: Posts her first snippet on the thread.

St Margarets: That wasn't really fluff, that was flangst.

moonette (noticeably perking up): I've never heard of flangst.  Tell me all about it.


ETA: Using a flangst icon made by me is an appropriate, but not essential, way of responding to this post!!

That's priceless! Are you sure that isn't the start of your next screenplay. You know, I always imagine St Mags smiling beatifically as she makes her pronouncements and commands, all done in the nicest possible manner, of course.

LOL!!! My how moonette's grown (into a woman obsessed) since then. I think the biggest irony is that it was St. Mags who first explained flangst to me. It was like opening Pandora's box. Oh, that's too funny. I have to go look it up myself.
