As the infant was currently quite red in the face, eyes screwed up in deep wrinkles and ears flapping against an almost bald head, he wasn't quite sure how to take that.
'He's got your nose, see.' She traced a gentle finger down the curve of the baby's face. 'And he has your eyes.'
'My eyes are brown,' Arthur protested.
Molly brushed that away as an irrelevance. 'Healer Carroll says that all babies are born with blue eyes. It won't last.'
'Bill's are still blue,' he pointed out.
Molly gave him That Look. 'Charlie's going to be a proper Weasley. You'll see.'

'He looks like you,' Charlie announced with deep satisfaction as he studied the tiny child curled safely into the crook of his arm.
Christy laughed wearily. 'Don't be silly, Charlie. His hair is already red. And he's got the Weasley nose...'
'Prewett nose,' Charlie corrected. 'Mum's brothers both had it. She still gets cross when Dad points it out. But maybe you're right. His eyes are blue like mine, too.'
She smiled softly. 'They can still change, you know.'
Charlie looked down at the newest little Weasley lying in his arms. 'They won't,' he whispered. 'You'll see.'
