Most of my long stories have separate files for each chapter and I couldn't be bothered to mess around with copy and paste. This is from the first fic I posted on LJ and actually, I think it's a rather good summary:
Nicola wondered. thought Nicola. thought Nicola. Nicola wondered.
Nicola thought. Nicola thought. Nicola nodded. Nicola grinned.

sherylynThere is a feature on Microsoft Word that will automatically "summarize" your document. Open any story of yours - Nano or otherwise - and have Word summarize it for you. Click on Tools / AutoSummarize, and then tell it to present your summary in ten sentences. Have the sentences open in a new document. Post the result in your own LJ, and spread the fun.
