I suspect that they have the kind of account where you too have to have a PayPal account, rather than the sort where you can just pay with a credit card via PayPal.

(MI LONG & BITTER TRIBBEWLASHIONS WIV PAYPAL, LET ME SHOW U THEM - finally seem to have a valid account, but this has taken so long I would not recommend it)
