You Like Names that Are Retro and Fashionable

You like names that are from the past but becoming modern again. Names with a strong history are very appealing to you. You're a big believer in giving children very adult sounding names. You're not a fan of nicknames or newfangled spellings. What Kind of Names Do You Like?

Okay, I do like names that are retro and fashionable and I can't bear newfangled spellings or cutesy names that are just going to sound stupid when the child grows up.   I like all of their girls' names except Rosemary and Veronica, though none of the others are in my top three.  But in what world are Ethan and Jared retro-fashionable names?  There's not one of the boys' names I'd seriously consider.  Though, since Kenneth was my grandfather's name, I wouldn't utterly rule it out.  But Brendan?!  Ugh.
